Triangle Fire Systems designed, supplied and installed the fire sprinkler system at Haddocks Rise, a development of four houses in Sutton, Cambridgeshire.
Approved Document B, section 11.4 of building regulations states that certain criteria must be met for the access and egress of Fire Service vehicles. As these properties did not comply with with this requirement it was necessary for fire sprinklers to be installed in order to gain planning permission approval.
Due to insufficient water pressure, Triangle Fire Systems, couldn’t use the mains supply and instead installed water storage tanks and fire pumps. The water tanks were concealed under the driveway and gardens (see image).
Following completion of the project we received a glowing reference from AKT Builders which can be viewed on our testimonial page.
